Travel Options to Paradiski

Travel by Train

In the winter the snow train operates on Saturdays and Sundays, bringing you directly from London to Bourg-saint-Maurice, our nearest city. Otherwise there are direct trains from Paris.

Note all trains stop in Landry which is the stop before Bourg-Saint-Maurice and is only 10 minutes drive to the chalet. Not only that but we'll pick you up from Landry for free (between 7 am and 7 pm on Saturdays).

Travel by Plane

Nearby airports of Geneva, Grenoble, Lyon and Chambery have regular flights from the UK. Geneva is usually your best bet for transfers. Chambery is closest but is only serviced by a limited number of airports in the UK.

From the airport you will need a transfer. Please contact us first to benefit from our discounted rates with our recommended partners at:

Whiterides

Alternatively you can hire a car, but this doesn't tend to work out much cheaper and they don't always come with snow tyres or snow chains, so we would highly recommend using a transfer.

Travel by Car

Travelling by car can be diffiult with snow and ice, so be prepared with snow chains.

The address of the chalet is

Chalet Porte du Paradis
Chemin des Granettes
Peisey Nancroix
73210 FRANCE

Note that the postcode is 73210 but isn't much use as it covers a very large area.

First head to Albertville. Once you pass Albertville, head towards Moutiers then follow the signs for Bourg St Maurice.

After 20 minutes / 13 miles there is a turning to your right (the D87) signposted Landry, Peisey Nancroix and Vallandry. Turn here and start making your way up the mountain for 12 – 15 mins until you reach Peisey Nancroix.

Take the first left after the sign saying "Bienvenue Peisey Nancroix" (if you pass the Office de Tourism you have just missed the turning). Follow the road past the Lonzagne ski lift. Keep going all the way to the end where you'll find a small car park - it's free and you can park here for the duration of your stay.
