For us, good food is one of the most important aspects of any holiday and we know how important a warming and filling meal is after a day in the snow. Chef Charlotte has been a chef for over 20 years working in restaurants around the world and her menu has been influenced by her experience, not least in France.
Our breakfasts are the perfect way to wake up to a day on the slopes! On offer are freshly baked bread and croissants, cereals, jams, yogurts and American pancakes or free-range eggs made any way you like, along with a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and juices. Back inside after a long day on the mountain and you’ll be welcomed with tea, coffee, creamy hot chocolate and always a freshly baked cake, shortbread, brownies, scones or cookies.
To end your day with family and friends, you’ll enjoy a hearty and delicious three-course evening meal with complimentary wine at your table. Kids can either eat at the same time as the adults, or opt for a slightly earlier dinner.
We choose our menu carefully to ensure all your meals are wholesome, hearty and satisfying. Our food is simply prepared – it looks great and tastes delicious. Charlotte makes excellent vegetarian food and can cater for other dietary requirements.
We cater six nights during your stay, which gives you the opportunity to sample the local cuisine at a nearby restaurant (at your own cost). We can arrange transport and make recommendations and reservations if you wish.
We can cater for most dietary requirements, including vegetarian, gluten free and simple allergies. Please let us know when booking and we’ll do our utmost to provide delicious meals to suit you needs
